The Balsporran is based within the cairngorms national park, adjacent to the highland mainline railway and at the foot of 4 Munros on the West and 2 on the East.
Built in the early 1850's the cottages housed railway workers for many years. After extensive renovations, we are now one building and provide comfortable and stylish accommodation. We also provide 100% plant-based food. The cottage faces the river Truim and you can enjoy relaxing along the banks during your stay here.
