I’ve been avoiding making sourdough for years bu

I’ve been avoiding making sourdough for years but I finally succumbed and made a small round loaf. Some work to be done in the aesthetics but the bake was really good and tastes excellent. I was really pleased with how well the starter grew in just over a week. Now I’m sure that’ll improve with the next few bakes as well. There are lots of recipes and tips out there. I used the recipes from @plantyou #scrappycooking and they were really easy to follow. #sourdough #homebaking #sourdoughbread #sourdoughstarter
